Kohls - Worst customer service ive ever encountered
bought a safe online item only it came damaged i called to make a simple exchange and they wanted me to pay 30.00 dollars additional for the same product because i no longer had kohls cash i said this was an exchange not a a new purchase you sent me damaged goods end result three managers why they call them that i dont know because nothing is company policy but tonight i will return the safe and refuse to pay the 30.00 dollars after three phone hours and three managers they will do it for the original price ...SERIOUSLY???
its simple the employees are untrained and the CEO must be a fat cat because he couldn't care less i haven't even had a call to apologize for my inconvenience
GO TO WALMART IF YOU NEED TO SAVE OR TARGET IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY JUST AVOID KOHL'S INFERIOR PRODUCTS IN ALL DEPARTMENTS AND THE MONEY THEY SAY THERE SAVING YOU JUST COMPARE YOU COULD GO TO A SALE AT Bloomingdale'S AND PAY THE SAME TOTAL SCAM COMPANY SOMEONE SHOULD CLOSE THEM DOWN
This reviewer shared experience about damaged or defective and wants this business to "instead of me having to drive it to the store come pick up the crap you delivered its useless anyway oh i was told someone would but that email i never got..liars" as the author lost $126. TOMC2016 is overall dissatisfied with Kohls. The most disappointing about lg safe at Kohls was how rude their customer service reps are, do not honor coupon and lousy customer service , but reviewer liked no one is trained properly. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
