I had account problem which I tried to resolve for 3 months. I was told a different solution each month I called by different customer service reps.
I did what I was told and the problem with my account continued. I was treated very poorly by many customer service reps and my issue was never solved to my satisfaction. One customer service rep did admit that I had been misinformed on account info and sorry but I was to be the one to pay extra fees for the employees mistakes.
Unbelievable!!! I closed my account and will not walk into another Kohl's store again.
