Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I have recently had to make two exchanges. The second one was terrible.

The associates seemed like they didn’t want to be working. The lady that helped me forgot to scan a pair of pants, and sent me to finish my exchange with the in a bag. While walking around the store I felt like I was being followed by Kohl’s workers. No one asked me if I needed assistance.

I’m really disappointed..Kohl’s does has a good rewards program. But when customer service makes your shopping experience uncomfortable it’s better to take business to a place that you feel valued.
