Kohls - Stained Levis Jeans
Placed an order for 3 pairs of men's 505 levis jeans. Paid for two day delivery.
Received the order after 4 days, opened sealed package and found two of three pairs of jeans where stained. Tried to washout stains but stains remain. Kohl's answer was to buy two more pairs first and then return the other two stained pairs. I will not buy from Kohl's ever again.
I hope they close their doors tomorrow. Worst customer service ever. Call their customer service, got no help from them. Call corporate and got transfer back to customer service desk in foreign country.
Tried their customer chat help line again useless. pictures attached

I also bought 505s in Macy's and am not satisfied with the fit. I really think these are "seconds" and not the original jeans. If they are the originals, then Levi's has downgraded its quality and am not sure I want to buy them again.
He makes a point though.
If they just refunded you, it could be for any reason.
They don't know it was sent to you like this. Maybe they need to inspect the merchandise to see it was (for this case) an accident in the dying process of the jeans.
Then they will do a refund.
During that time, you could buy another pear so you have the jeans with you or wait for the refund.
Its kind of a risk you take when shopping online. It happens at times.
Sir or Ma'am,
I greatly resent your statement about "having an accident in my underoos"!!!! I am 53 years old and have not had an "accident" in at least 3 years now so GFYS.
Sounds like someone is trying to blame kohls because he had an accident in his underoos.
