Abysmal customer service -- online staff is poorly trained and barely speaks English. Gives wrong information and never apologizes for it.

Supervisor Lauren 8WB1 is a moron. I spent 45 minutes one day on the phone and 30 minutes another seeking information and no one could help me. Your order arrives in multiple packages and when it's not correct they lie and tell you they will send you a pre paid label, which never comes or they rescind the offer overnight.

Customer service for online cannot understand simple English nor do they know policies. They have to look up each question, seemingly on an English to Spanish translator, and they consistently get the policy wrong
