Unable to understand Representative
- - Ordered two Kohls outfits on Apr 15, email said ready to ship with no further info, spoke to reps with thick accents and couldn't understand.
On April 15, 2026 I ordered two outfits from Kohls. I received an e-mail that my order was ready to ship, I never received more information therefore the call to Kohls.
I spoke to about 3 representatives and couldnt understand any of them their accent was so thick.
I got so frustrated that I hung up. I will try and call back today to resolve the issue, I hope the representative speaks English.

I cant see very well. Ive been a customer for many years and I cant get a hold of anybody.
I tried to call on this phone number and its not working either. Youre giving me to a different number that I cant process.

Theft of $31.97 from a gift card
I tried to use my gift card of $31.97 the cashier said that I had $12.95 left on my card, and would I like the cash of have the money left on the card, I said Ill take the money, then she said that I had a zero balance and would have to pay with my kohls card, so they stole the $31.97.

So I shop get to register.3 times this happened can't use on this item.They do not have on ad which items are exempt.Last time I will shop can keep my their credit card!!! Don't shop there with coupon want work.

Stolen card
I didn't talk to anyone. I need to get a new card as it was stolen. I want to talk to a real person to solve this.

On No returns for 6 months list
- - Denied a $95 return from a $345 purchase on 01/30/2026.
- - The Retail Equation blocks 180-day returns.
- - Cannot reach corporate despite calling 262-703-****.
I am a Kohl's customer over 18 years. I had a receipt for a return.
It was denied.
Kohls uses a company to monitor returns and I am unable to return anything for 6 months. Be careful when you make returns as you may be reported to this company
Purchased $345.00 in merchandise on 01/30/2026 and needed to return $95.00. Was denied and now I am on a registry with The Retail Equation which prohibits any returns for 180 days.
*** return policy allows 120 days for returns so I am screwed. If I cannot make returns, they should flag my MVC account so that I cannot buy anything. I have purchased over $500.00 in just 2 months and paid off my bill and now this.
And you cannot reach anyone at corporate even if you call the *** number. Worst customer service EVER!!

- - I paid it without issue to avoid a service charge.
Im in *** CA on vacation and needed to pay my bill. I inquired at the local Kohls and the lady at customer service was very helpful and friendly and I was able to pay it with no problem to avoid a service charge.

- - Online listing says nickel free, but packaging lacks this claim.
- - Wore them and ears burned and turned red; the online description may be incorrect.
I ordered earrings, and online it says nickel free. When I received them, I looked on the package, and nowhere on it said nickel free.
I put them in my ears before reviewing the packaging, and my ears started burning and turning bright red. My concern is that the description online is incorrect and needs to be fixed immediately.
Preferred solution: I would like the description of the product to be edited. Not containing nickel free.

Missing items and never got refunded as was told
- - Two calls to Kohls.com; one of the two items I didn't receive hasn’t been refunded yet, and the first refund promised wasn’t issued.
After 2 calls to Kohls.com I still havent received a refund for one of the two items I never received. The first time I called the manager never did refund me as he said he would.
I had to call a second time and still havent been fully refunded. Its been a huge hassle.

Never spoke to anyone! Had to wait overnight for an email. 5 phone numbers ,no conversation,still as of now!
They accidentally delivered it to my house but I ain’t giving it back so get that idea out of your head now!

Damaged gift card, can't read pin
Never give anyone a gift card from Kohls as it's very difficult to access the pin number without destroying it and Kohls did not follow through with the resolution.
Still awaiting the replacement card that was supposed to be emailed to me. Now the items I wanted are no longer on sale.
