I've been buying and returning online for years. I had multiple orders to return but because they cost so much I'm not sending them all at once, this one was 4 lbs and $11.
I sent 15 items totaling $224 and highlighted and circled all the items from the email confirmation & packing slips and of course they were put back in their clear bags with labels IF they came that way which intimates usually don't. I was refunded $46. Email on packing slip/website is bad. Wasted time on chat over 15 minutes and multiple website messages and they just say to call.
How will someone in another country fix it over the phone when I can't send my proof and they never listen and barely speak English? They wont give me an email or fax so I can attach copies. I printed out copies and mailed it to corporate 10 days ago. Their website is horrible, it always makes you log back in before submitting an order.
I've lost items in my cart and wish list and it constantly makes me change my password because it wont accept it yet I keep changing it to the same one. I couldn't even print out all my orders from the website, I've sent them messages 2-3 times in the last 12 months just for that. They also say my kohls card balance is $1000 which is impossible.
I have other items to return but of course I can't because they will screw that up too. I'm cutting up my card.
