Almost every time I order they can't place my order. I receive an email that I need to call them up.
This is because they think I'm not who I say I am. I understand security but this is ridiculous. I'm about done with Kohl's. I can order from another store online.
I told the customer service person how it's been the last year for me with ordering. I doubt this gets passed on. I wanted to write customer service but this isn't in their frequently asked questions so I can't write them. I don't feel like sitting on hold to call them up.
I guess they don't care if I don't order any more. She told me on the phone that what I ordered wasn't normal for me. It was two pair of PJ's for my grandchild!
So you understand this was cheap. What is the problem!???
