On 11/27 I ordered Xmas gifts online. The order was split into 3 shipments.

The 3rd shipment never tracked so on 12/11 I called the 800 number and was told the package was stuck in "labeling' and was given a case number and was told I would get an email within 24 hours about my order and I stated I still want the items and was assured I would get them. 3 days later and no email I called again and this time was told my package is lost and I would be getting a credit. None if this was stated the first phone call. This was 5 Xmas gifts and now it's about a week before Xmas and I'm not getting any of it.

I opted to have the packages sent you my house instead of store pickup because when I picked up an order a few weeks ago the employees acted like I was bothering them with my business and was extremely rude!

Looks like I will not be shopping with Kohl's again! Get your act together and train your employees on what customer service means!
