Ordered several clothing items.Package arrived missing 2 pants and had, instead, items we did not order.

After at least 2 calls and several emails their suggestion is to reorder the pants (we have not been refunded for the first order yet!) and they want us to carry the miss shipped items to our nearest Kohls (30-40 minutes away at our own expense. We are through with Kohl's. I told my wife we are only shopping from the local mall or Amazon.com and we are cancelling our Kohl's card.

PS Try to hire a few English speaking customer service reps so they can understand our complaints - constantly had to try to describe the problem to people who didn't understand us.Goodbye to Kohl's and good riddance.
