Made an order in March 3, 2017 and did not receive an email with tracking info. So I looked into my confirmation order on March 8, 2017.

Finding out my order had been canceled and I was not informed. Very disappointed waiting and expecting something that was never coming and having to scramble around looking for a replacement item. No apology from customer service.

They just informed me that the item was canceled because it's out of stock and I can repurchase it in two weeks. Thanks anyone Kohls but I will take me business to a more competent company.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

It is an online website. Item go out of stock all the time.

I know it sucks but that is the reality. There is a reason for emails. I would look through your emails again. I have had items cancel on me through Kohl's, but instead of complaining, I actually looked into it.

They were also out of stock. I wasn't mad, I knew that I could just wait for the item to come back in stock to purchase it later.

It happens. If you need to, you can always call customer service, however, there really isn't a need to if you understand how to be an online customer instead of getting so upset all the time.
