I ordered my Shark Pet Vac during the Thanksgiving sales and got a great deal. I was supposed to receive it by Nov.

30th. After it never came I tracked the package which had been scanned at the San Antonio UPS on Nov. 22nd and it never left the warehouse after that. I contacted Kohl's and they said that they would send me another vacuum cleaner right away.

I was thrilled when I received it the very next day at about 5 p.m. It Being a weeknight I didn't get around to opening up the package until about 8 p.m. after dinner was made and the kitchen had been cleaned. When I opened the package the first thing that struck me as odd was that the cord was all jumbled up.

I continued to take the items out of the box and most of them were not wrapped in any way. I put the vacuum together and plugged it in and it worked fine....I then noticed that the container that holds dust was pretty full of dust, hair, etc. So what they sold me was a used vacuum that was probably returned as a new product. Took it to the store yesterday and told them but they don't have the product and since it's the second one they sent I don't qualify for them to send me another one.

We called and a store 30 minutes away has it so we are going to go and exchange it today. I am just extremely disappointed that they sent me something that was used. Just not good business practice.

I wonder how many other people receive used items that they paid a full price for. Reallly bad business and unfair to customers.
