ordered PS4 on line from Kohl's for pick up at store
received confirmation email and verified that I would pick it up
arrived at store showed ID, was told item was cancelled
questioned that so, called Kohl's customer service and was told that 'no' it was not cancelled
explained to the cashier that item was not cancelled, showed ID again then was told there were no PS4s in the store (30 mins)
called customer service to ask to pick up item at another Kohl's, was told that was not possible
asked to cancel order, was told that was not possible but to wait the 7 days and the order would automatically cancel and credit the card
asked to speak to a supervisor who stated that she would check with another department to help resolve issue
another supervisor came to phone and stated that the store notes indicate that no ID was shown!!!
asked again to cancel the order and explained that it is difficult to trust credit card will be credited after having experienced this type of service
was told to hold while she looked into it
after 20 mins phone hung up
called back (4th call) still no satisfaction
will have to wait 7 days for the automatic cancellation
2 hours of my life I will never get back
I can clearly see why Kohl's has such a low rating!!
