I am convinced Kohl’s is running schemes. I tried all day on Cyber Monday to place an order online, having error messages pop up. I attempted to call to place my order over the phone and received a message we are experiencing longer than usual wait times please call back at a later time or you can hold for assistance. Keep in mind now that cyber Monday Kohl’s offered $15 Kohl’s cash for every $50 spent. I tried over and over again and again to place an order online. Finally, I called at 7pm and decided I would just remain on hold until someone answers...My phone was dying... I had to plug it in and just wait. Ok still on hold and trying to place my order...next thing I realize its 8pm... still on hold and realize it’s now 9pm, still on hold its now 10pm still on hold, it’s now 11pm still on hold its now nearing 12am, still on hold... Now it’s after 12am and the website has now refreshed and no additional offerings of the $15Kohls cash and my order suddenly is able to be processed.

I have my phone records to show for all of this.

I called immediately today, and have been on the phone another 2 hours with Customer service. Customer Service has only apologized and offered me $10 for my inconvenience. Customer Service stated they had many customers trying to place their orders online and there was a computer glitch. I asked Customer service, “how does this help me?" I am looking to receive my $15 Kohl's Cash for my over $500 order. Customer Service replied there is nothing we can do; we are aware there was a glitch in the system however, the Kohl’s cash is computer generated and today it will not give Kohl’s cash.

I asked them to get with the technical team to have them issue the Kohl’s cash, and again Customer Service said, “There is nothing we can do; we are aware there was a glitch in the system however, the Kohl’s cash is computer generated and today it will not give Kohl’s cash”

Of course, I gave up and requested they cancelled my order.

They could have done more if they wanted to. So, if they are happy about losing customers by the minute, so am I. I am very happy to no longer be a customer. The items were cheaper on Amazon and Walmart, I was just purchasing them from Kohl’s because of the Kohl’s cash.
