I have never been so badly mistreated by Kohl's customer service they are the worst.I was ordering something online and did not realize that your could not use the 20% off coupon for this item, so I went on CHAT and the person that I was chatting with disconnected our call because she I assume did not want to do her job by assisting me with the order, so I called customer service, and I told her my experience she apologized and for my inconvenience she was going to charge me for the item then go back and give me the 20% off and refund me the 20% off.........

oh this gets better, so what she does is she cancels my order after sending me a email letting me know that my order was confirmed. I call two days later to get a status on my order and oh wouldn't you know the order was cancelled. I called and spoke to someone again and she said let me verify your information because sometimes if there is something wrong with information this will cancel the order WHAT???????? you have my email you have my phone number so you cancel my order instead of trying to reach me.

I went off like a crazy {{Redacted}} and I don't care.

I hate this store and will never ever shop in store or online with these people ever again.I love AMAZON so I will stick with them.
