I ordered an item, had it delivered to the closest store 30 miles away. When I got home, my husband opened the item and they sent the wrong size.
I checked the order and I ordered the correct size. I called cs but all they did wa apologize and tell me how much they appreciate my time, really? Because to remedy this issue, I was told because I chose to ship to the store I must return to the store and exchange for the correct size. So, I have to drive 60 miles round trip again?
The reason I ordered online is because they dont have the correct size in the store!! We need this item for a trip departing in four days, so not sure what well do now.
The Kohls cs department is pathetic! I will NOT be spending another penny there again!
