Every day they phone at all times of the day. I block the number, they phone from a different number.
I am NOT in arrears. In writing, I have repeatedly asked for them to stop and am ignored. I WILL never walk into that place ever again. Luckily, I have a tiny balance left to pay off but I know that they will continue to bother me once I do.
What is wrong with this company?!
My cats could run this company and it's customer service management better and much more pleasing to its customers. Surely, something can be done about this tactic.
