i ordered a ninja coffee bar a 249.99 coffee maker when i clicked the buy it and ordered it once the order went through it changed the product i even spoke to a customer service rep which i copied and pasted into my email for proof when i called to complain they said they were out of that model. but i could return it and get credited and repurchase it not at the sale price the will not exchange they make you return and pay the new price this is the second time this has happened to me i know shame on me two christmas's in a row when i said i would go online and complain they said they would not talk to me any further and ended the call how is this store still in business with all these complaints i say we all start ordering elsewhere so they can be the next big chain out of business how could you treat your customers like this total dishonesty so either im stuck with what i got or i will have to return it but trust me i will spend 20 dollars more and go to bed nath and beyond they have the highest integrity
