Ordered an item from Kohl's Nov 11, 2017 it is now Dec 14,2017 No product. Called #855-564-5705 Spoke to customer svc, cs supervisor and on hold waiting on Manger.

Now product is unavailable but I can get a refund in 7 days. Yea because when I ordered it in Nov Kohl's was quick to take out the payment from my bank asap and tell me to expect my item to be at my house but Nov 14-20. I got more apologies then I knew what to do with. Still waiting on Shing the Manager.

KOHL'S IS THIS REALLY HOW YOU DO BUSINESS??? I wanted solutions not BS.
