I have been dealing with this issue since 12/22/2022 and still til today is unresolved. I have a merchandise credit gift card that I received, I have used the card once before but after that the card no longer works.

I have opened about 30 cases with customer service that have led no where, no follow up, no one contacts me or emails, literally nothing goes beyond me opening a case, in which I'm supposed to be contacted to provide the information to get a new card reissued. Well I have left countless voicemails on a number that I have never gotten through to actually talk to Jim from consumer transactions, but he's had close to 80 voicemails from me if not more. So again I opened another case this week at the actual store that I received the gift card from, because one of the 200 customer service agent said to go & demand this be fixed and not to leave til it is. Well in-store has no control of merchandise cards they can't turn them on or off or make the pin not work suddenly, which is what happened to mine.

Even though customer service says The card shows its active and shows a positive balance of $395. But they can't use it to place a order neither can I nor in store can it be used. This is theft at this point and I want my card reissued or I want the items back that I returned for the merchandise Giftcard. I'm so frustrated dealing with this now for over a year and calling many times a week countless hours wasted And to just get a run around with no answer and zero solutions.

This is absurd, and this is unacceptable. And the fact I'm still no where with this and not once actually been contacted, out of every single case I've opened & that was closed somehow with no contact or solution, when I'd call to check on the case by the 3rd checkup call I'd make its closed. Its irresponsible and unprofessional and as far as I'm concerned Kohl's is stealing from me and the theft is unacceptable. And I just want a solution & to be done with this year plus nightmare!

Figure it out Kohl's! Your running a scam here and I'm not letting it go until I get my money back one way or another.

Reissue the merchandise card, give me back the product, cut me a check. At this point I don't care just please fix it and make it right already.

On December 13 ( maybe its just bad luck Wednesday ?) I placed an order for 3 items, all to be shipped to my home . I proceeded to place this order and it seemed to complete as usual but when I hit the tab to complete, one of my items was removed and popped up as When Ready for Pickup
Ready for pickup?

This is NOT how it was ordered, since I have had surgery on my right foot and not only can barely walk, but absolutely cannot drive at this time, hence the request to ship the items. Tried to head it off and found there is no way to edit or correct this, tried, to no avail. Then, sure enough, up pops the e-mail that my order is ready for pickup ! Called the store , basically got told , too bad, nothing we can do , cant ship it to you, we can cancel it for you & you can reorder it, blah blah- I asked this question; IF I do reorder, whats to stop this from happening again, whether I request it or not Answer?

Dunno, I dont have anything to do with that I cancelled this order , a gift for my niece, and now must start over. I cannot for the life of me understand this. So what that you can do cheerily cancel my order and get me a refund. Thats not service to me, but the lack of it, and cheerily suggesting that I could have someone else pick it up for me?

Who? Door Dash? Uber driver ? Who just ASSUMES that you have someone to do this for you , as in , no big deal, just send someone?

Now, actually, KOHLS could have driven it to my location, since this was their ordering systems mistake, not mine. The first , less than helpful person , who answered the phone at the Bridgewater , Hamilton Ohio location suggested that I could just not pick it up & it would just cancel by itself? Gee, that was helpful. Apparently no one at these locations have the power or authority to fix anything, and IF you try to complain on -line to Kohls ?

All you get are phone numbers or a Virtual Assistant to try to complain. All I wanted was my items as ordered, shipped to my home
that isnt what i ended up with. I did not see that this was something that the only solution was canceling the item, believe me, I , at this point , felt like canceling not only this item, but the whole order instead, as well as my Kohls account. What has happened to customer service ?

Oh, thats right, it does not exist any longer, and they really dont seem to care. Just think, they could have put this in an envelope & mailed it to me for probably a $1 or 2, instead , here we are. Foolish policies & practices cost you business , and now it has cost you mine! Reorder?

Last one in stock in that size, it said, and guess where it is, and guess who refuses to ship it?

Ridiculous situation, with absolutely no choice but cancellation of the item? Some service that is.

Khols has been one of my favorite stores to go to until yesterday, the nw oklahoma city store. I had gathered christmas items that were on sale and there was a snowman warmie and a reindeer warmie and there was a sign that said original price was 29.99, but above that was a sign that said on sale for 9.99, but after I got through shopping,they said that they were 29.99, they had moved them and the sale 9.99 sign was gone, just the 29.99 original sale sign was there. The manager told me I could not get these on sale, but maybe in a day or two, they might be on sale,now I will have to go to a different khols! And my sister that was with me, went today and found me the reindeer for 9.99 in Moore oklahoma on sale at that khols! Also I just want to tell you that all of the christmas items were together, including the snowman and reindeer warmies, and all the christmas had a sign, all christmas on sale! Why is it alright to hurt someone, by not letting them buy what's on sale.

Poor service. Online ordering is usually a pain with Kohls. To get any kind of deal to go through, I usually have to run it through several times. Why I don’t know. If I have Kohls cash I have to download a secret code which I hate. Same thing for percentages off. It’s so annoying. Then my password never works, even though it’s one that Kohls picks out and saves. I always have to get a new one. Nothing is easy for your patrons. All I can say is you really have to want the deals and percentages that you offer because I certainly work hard enough for them.
