Ordered Christmas decorations on black friday - still nothing!
I ordered christmas decorations on Nov.29 and just received the order yesterday - 3 weeks later! I called customer service a week ago and after and hour of being on hold (no lie) the sales rep was able to order me more decorations because the ones I had originally ordered were sold out.
The rep was able to adjust the price of the new decorations from $89 down to $37 because thats what I had paid for the original ones, then she added $30 kohls cash, and issued me a $25 gift card email. Even after basically getting these decorations for close to nothing, I still would never shop here again!
Terrible service and quality in their products, and that kohls cash thing is more trouble than its worth if you need to make a return on something. They can keep their kohls cash - I'll keep mine!

Never give anyone a gift card from Kohls as it's very difficult to access the pin number without destroying it and Kohls did not follow through with the resolution.
Still awaiting the replacement card that was supposed to be emailed to me. Now the items I wanted are no longer on sale.

Exchange of item, price match
- - Ring bought online 12/4/25 for Christmas; wrong size, needs size 11.
- - Returned to store and reordered online; price match for exchange not resolved.
Well a ring was purchased online 12/4/25for a Christmas gift, however, it was the wrong size, it needs to be exchanged for a size 11.Ring was returned to store, was told to reorder then reordered online, but the price needs to be matched for the purchase price for an even exchange. No one seems to be able to adjust the price so the exchange happens. I spoke to at least 12 customer service representatives and it still seems now to be resolved, so frustrating.

I returned messages and it has no refund. The bottom of the receipt it has no refund.
I had a stroke and was in the hospital for 26 days. I am very confused how it could be that long? I still have 3 pairs of pjs to come but have not got them yet. What suggestions do you have for me?

My order to be sent to my home was delivered to a Kohls for pick up. We do not live anywhere near a Kohls at least over 100 miles away!

We were out of town expecting the item to be shipped there when we were visiting. I called immediately to chat about the issue and was told nothing could be done to correct it.
I was told I could cancel it, and hopefully, a refund would show up within 30 days. I chose to let the item ship and I would just return it and reorder with a real person. Which I did once again after repeating the shipping address in its entirety 3 times. I reordered the same item.
I never received confirmation of the order, so I logged into Kohl's and found the zip code entered incorrectly again. It was about an hour later at this point. Please remember I am on vacation and had to recall customer service only to learn it was too late to fix it again. The second time there was a shipping error, Kohl's fault.
Now I'm told since this would never have shipped anyway, it will cancel automatically. So for the third time, I reordered the same item and am told it is no longer available. I am told sorry for the inconvenience; call customer service but they would not supply a phone number. Am I satisfied?
Absolutely not. My original order is in Pennsylvania and it's supposed to be in Maryland as of yesterday. Is it possible to get a prepaid shipping label sent to my family as well as schedule a pickup so this can be done sooner rather than later?
Please respond in a timely manner so this resolution can be escalated. Thank you for reaching out.

Been using our West Wichita Kohls for 30 years. I know the workers by name and manager.
I am a MVC of Kohls. Kohls has limited stock in the store so MOST OF US ORDER ONLINE! I have had great customer service for this 30 years until yesterday! I was treated like a homeless person and told NO RETURNS due to some new COMPANY POLICY LINKED TO TRE (THE RETAIL ACITIVY REPORT AND RETAIL EQUATION).
kohls has a NEW POLICY THEY ENACTED WHERE THEY LIMIT YOUR NUMBER OF RETURNS NOW! BUYERS BEWARE! I have a funeral to attend and had to order two sizes of pants but NOW I WAS TOLD I CANNOT RETURN FOR 6 MONTHS.
I had never seen this NEW MANAGER before who seemed happy telling me all this! VERY UNHAPPY WITH KOHS AND WILL SHOP ELSEWHERE FOREVER NOW
