We live in vero beach florida and love going to kohl's in west melbourne-45 min. away- well we had a $20.00 kohl's cash - the date to last use was sept. 13= well as you know we had a hurricane around that time- could not make a trip by that day- was told by a clerk in the store they give you a month to cash it in -because of a hurricane- well we went to kohl's in west melbourne fl phone number 321-962-8480- manager nina came to talk to us- only have 2 weeks to use- but one of your clerks said one month- we do lve far away and nina -the store manager would not honor it- we were there sept .27- told js it was old - we told her we had a hurricane and they told us they would honor it for a month after- she said the so called rules were changed and only have a week= well we were still cleaning up our yard a week after- remember we lve kn vero beach fl not melbourne- she was so unkind -$20.00 for a good customer=does not sound alot- she wold not budge- very bad customer service- we travel there all the time-spend lots of money and she would not honer our $20.00 kohls cash- er name is NINA- very bad customer service- ow my husband and i will not sop there anymore- for nina not honoring a $20.00 kohls cash- pretty bad management- gail and wayne meliti 4041 57th terrace vero beach fl- 772-778-0823 please talk to NINA about correct and good managemet- i am a manager at a walgreens and we would never turn down a good customer for $20.00 - please address tis bad customer service to NINA at west melbourne kohl's in west melbourne- lost a great cusmer so sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know Nina from the West Melbourne store i have had no issues with her or any other employee at that kohls


Coupons have expiration dates for a reason.Kohl's has no control over natural disasters.

As far as Kohl's Cash, Kohl's gives the nice benefit of giving everyone a 10-day grace period after the expiration date. That is something many other retailers do not do and Kohl's is under no obligation to do so. So you're pitching a fit over the fact that the Kohl's Cash redemption period was AT LEAST one week along with an additional 10 days for the grace period. That would have been at least two and a half weeks to redeem the Kohl's Cash you earned.

So the fact that you were too busy cleaning up your yard kind of becomes a moot point.

And by the way, why on Earth would you post your name, address, and phone # on a public site for anyone to grab a hold of and use maliciously?It's not like Kohl's is going to see your complaint.

Listen, I understand your frustration, but you have to stop being mad when you use the Kohl's cash after the expiration date.It is like a coupon.

When it expires, it expires.The grace period is only 10 days.
