Double charged for a transaction and called customer service and the 1st representative told me it was because the items was on sale!!!! Smh and she had even spoke to a supervisor

That doesn’t sound right .. you need to take the receipt back and they can do a return of the extra item or they can do a post sales adjustment.

Customer service is a customer friendly environment I’m sorry that happened to you but it doesn’t sound like something customer service associate would say. Kohl’s is all about great customer service and hassle free returns.
