Gifts were delivered to me instead of my grand kids

My order was supposed to ship to my Grandson and came to my address. I changed the delivery address but still came to me. I have another offer going to my grand daughters and I don't want the dame thing to happen. I'm very disappointed that it doesn't seem Kohls will work with me to correct the Situation

I have shopped at Kohl's in Hamden sin ce they opened. Always satisfied. However, this year I find myself 88 years old and disabled so I had toshop on line. Worst experience of my life. I spoke wi

with Ray, store manager in Hamden, he advised me to wait until after hlidays to resolve difficulty, I did contact customer service second week of January(no luck). I can't tell you how much time I have spent on the phone with those people you hire to answer phones. They do nothing.Do not contact me for payment until you have researched problem and have a solut\ion.

Store associate said no coupons available I had on for 20 % that was not allowed and they said I would have to go back to the store

Placing an order

Tried to place an order using a Visa gift card. The final amount exceeded my gift card by $2 so couldn't make the purchase online. Tried to call customer service and place the same order and pay with the visa card and the remaining balance with my credit card. Was told they are not able to use different credit cards for an individual order.

User's recommendation: If you are interested in purchasing anything from Kohls and you have gift card that you would like to use the remaining balance on, please be aware that if you do not have enough on the gift card to pay the full balance, Kohls will not accept your order. I can go to amazon and make a purchase using gift cards and pay with more than one card. Kohls needs to step up with the times. Could lose money by not having the ability to do so.

Happy customer

My order that i just placed is going to my sisters in Fla and it should have been to my royal oak mich address. The customer service member I spoke with canceled that order and reordered the item with my correct address. I have no problem with the service I received.

I have noticed that lately many businesses are being controlled by progressive individuals and that Kohls is now on the bandwagon and refusing to handle products or merchandise that these people want

DonDon't shotI will no longer be shopping at Kohls. I will be cutting up my credit card, (although I usually used my own credit card or cash). I DO NOT approve of the stance you are taking for the "My Pillow" company. Who do you think you are that you have the right to control what I purchase. Bye

I'm not sure how I got this notice, but I'm far from pissed. I was extremely pleased with the help and professionalism the agent used while he helped me place my order. His name is Denish. Not quite sure of the spelling, but he certainly deserves my kudos.

Cancel Culture and MyPillow

Kohls stopped the sale of MyPillow items due to cancel culture attacking Mike Lindell because of his support of President Trump. Give me a break, how stupid is it that a company decides to go political and attack someone because of their political preference. Will no longer shop at Kohls, hope you will do the same because you can be cancelled just like Mike because of your beliefs.

Damage

I Bought a remote control curtain rod a couple years ago. We never did put it up until the other day. As we were starting to put it up we realized it was broken we could not put the motor into the hole where it goes in. At this point I was disappointed. I got online to see if I could purchase another rod from Kohls. It said Out of Stock. I called Kohls customer service and asked when it would be in stock. The guy told me he didnt know when it would come back into stock. I told him I would wait until it would come back into stock. Disappointed customer. Susan Messer

My Pillow

I want to express my extreme displeasure that Kohls has decided to stop carrying the MyPillow products. I have been a loyal customer of Kohl's, but I will rethink where I spend my money in the future. I wasn't aware that someone had to have a certain political view to sell their products in America any more than a person had to have a certain political view to buy products. It isn't the job of a retail company to get involved in political issues.

In Health Clinic - Kohls put my card in collection for $2.65

I got a new credit card in December 2020 from Kohls. I returned a few items and it must have given me a balance of $2.65. I went to a health clinic for 2 months and never received a message from Kohls via email or phone but instead the day before I get home, on Feb 26th Kohls reported the $2.65 to the credit reporting agencies bringing my credit score down 50 points. Before that, it was in the low 800s. Everytime I tried to speak to Kohls I was sent to their collection dept and they all sounded like robots and were not interested in trying to remove my negative marks on my credit reports. I tried leaving messages at corporate but have not received any returned calls. I will be destroying my Credit Card and never shop at Kohls again.

I ordered 3 pair of jeans & only 2 pair were delivered. Mo problem if the 3rd pair are not available, however I do believe that there should be some form of communication with the items delivered. I am ver new to Kohls & hope this will not be an on going issue....

1st of all, I AM NOT PISSED. Good gravy, is that the mentality you presume of your customers?

If so, I’ll cut my card up. I simply would appreciate an explanation why I didn’t get the 3 pair of jeans that ordered in the same order. My question, simply again, is why there was not included by email that the 3rd pair were not available.

By text, or in the package. I don’t wish to be offensive however not having shopped @ Kohl’s much, maybe 5 times, this situation doesn’t behoove me to continue my account.
