Complaint regarding email survey
Trued calling you. Get runaround at every turn.
No number where you can talk to someone, voice concerns. Received Kohls survey, via rmail. Took 10-15 mins. to complete survey, regarding discounted Rachel Ray cookware.
When it was time to submit survey, system froze up. Customers dont have time to submit personal information, only to hit a deadend! My suggestion is: if it is your system, you need to fix it. If it is one of your businesd partners system, you need to sddress this with them.
This is not promoting goodwill with your customers. I have no problem with your store, merchandise, or employees. Except that there foesnt seem to be a convenient avenue to contact you. On another note, i recently applied for a Kohls card.
Said a decision was delayed. Then I havent heard anything regarding that application. A little disappointing, given that I took the time to apply. That is all for now.
Sincerely, L. E.

Good Morning,
Two weeks ago I saw a publicity from Kohl's for a job in a shop, they explain you can send your CV or come directly in in the shop, that's I did at the Kohl's Newark DE, the 17 or 18 august. The interview was not too bad, except one time the women explain, there some '"young" people who can carry the heavy stuff, for "the other one", ( I am not an idiot...
I'm no young ) they stay in the shop. For december I have to work all the month monday to sunday, I agree and choose the hour 7am to 4pm. A few days after I received an e mail for an interview by phone, 25 august at 11am. But surprise surprise, Tuesday 22 august I received an e mail who someone told me 'I cancelled this appointment" I send back an other one an explain, I never do that!!
They send again an other e mail and explain after review my CV they cancel the appointment. In your publicity Kohl's say for the job "without discrimination, age or color" !!! It's *** shame on you, I courageous, hard worker, I am a frequent buyer at Kohl's, now really I don't know, many people around me are shock, that the way you find workers at Kohl's, I come from an other country, I never imagine an employer in US can react like that.
For the women who cancel the appointment she must be fire!!! Have a nice day
I hope someone has enough courage to send me an email back and give me a correct answer, and explain this behavior !!!
I just need to change my address. This has taken an hour. What a mess!!

User's recommendation: Do not order from kohls.com
My last trip to kohls! I went for a tree collar. They had three around the trees and would not sell me one. Had the nerve to tell me they should be on the truck tomorrow. Really?
User's recommendation: There are other stores to shop for the same products!
Bought a serving tray to be shipped to my home…it was packaged very very poorly and when it arrived it was broken in pieces
User's recommendation: Do not order anything breakable
Poor customer service
Im posting here and everywhere I can because all email addresses to send a complaint to are unmonitored.
I went into my local Kohls on July 23, to return 5 pairs of jeans that my son had ordered online. He gave them to me to return while he went on vacation to Mexico.
4 of the 5 pairs were still in the clear plastic bag they were shipped in and one pair was taken out to be tried on but all tags were still securely attached. I approached the counter and said Hello to Mandie. She said "Hello". I proceeded to tell her that I was returning these jeans, that my son had ordered them but I didn't have the receipt.
She asked me if I knew how he paid for them and mentioned a few forms of payment. I told her I did not know how he paid and that I didn't have his credit card information. She said if I could call him and could get the order number she could look up the order. I informed her he was in Mexico and that if she just wanted to do a merchandise credit for whatever they are valued at currently, that is fine.
She then informed me that for future reference, it is best to have the receipt or form of payment because she can only give me what the lowest sale price has been for them. I assured her that was fine. (This isn't my first time returning an item to Kohl's.)
She then stated that if my son finds out that I didn't get the full value of what he paid he may be mad and that she can not reverse the transaction once she does it. I assured her that I could handle my son if he's angry about it.
She scanned the first pair of jeans and I asked her what they rang up at, she said $37.50, I said "that's fine". Then she had the audacity to say to me, "well, sometimes people buy things on eBay..." which to me was inferring that I purchased these on ebay then brought them to the store to return them for merchandise credit. I replied, "I'm sure they do." She finished ringing up the 3 pairs of Lee jeans then moved on to the two pairs of Levi's. She scanned one and I asked what they rang up at and she said "$31.80 and that they are on clearance".
Another employee then walks in the area and Mandie turns to her to ask if she can take back clearance without a receipt. Was this Mandie's first day? I myself have worked retail and customers returning something without a receipt and it's on clearance is a very common occurrence, one that she should know if it's accepted or not. The other employee stated that yes, they can.
She continued to process my return without any other issues.
I was offended that someone in that capacity would infer that I was doing something nefarious. I didn't appreciate being talked to or treated that way. I know a lot of people say they won't be shopping at Kohl's when they have an experience like this, but Mandie just solidified that I won't be spending my hard earned money at the Dubuque store.
She acted like that return was coming out of her pocket. She should do her job and keep her personal opinions to herself.
