Issue with purchase damaged

Items ordered online were damaged in shipping. No bubble wrap or wrap of any kind to protect . customer service was excellent in resolving the issues.

I ORDERED MERCHANDISE ON KOHL ONLINE. I PAID FOR IT. SYSTEM AUTOMATICALLY PICKED AN OLD ADDRESS TO SHIP. IT DID NOT ASK ME WHERE TO SHIP. I DID NOT PAY ATTENTION. PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO OLD ADDRESS. I TRIED TO TRACK IT. IT KEPT SAYING "DELIVERED" I CALLED KOHL SEVERAL TIMES AND CHATTED TWICE. NOT GETTING ANY HELP FROM ANYONE. I LIVE DIAMOND BAR CA 91765. THIS ADDRESS IS ON MY PROFILE.

User's recommendation: NOT UNDER THESE CONDITIONS. I WILL BE LEARY TO SHOP ON KOHL ON LINE.

Not happy with your online system. System picked my old address to ship my order.

Being emailed about my order

I was email about my granddaughter birthday skates that I did not receive the email said DELIVERED and I went down stairs nothing checked my mailbox nothing I said I can't believe this because they don't ring the buzzer so I can buzz them in they usually leave your things outside this time they didn't someone can steal your things

Horrible, worst ever customer service experience

Placed online order, got tracking info by email noticed it was shipping to my old address but hadn't been delivered all I wanted kohls to do was call ups and change the address I had already called ups and they said I could not change the address but the shipper kohls could call them and they would change it. Kohls refused to call ups said all they could do was wait for package to come back to them and then refund me in 30 days assuming the package is returned to them.

Took money out wrong account

I never authorized the use of card Kohls had on file, it cost me 30 dollars in late fees. I expressed to several times reps on several calls that i would go pay in-person.

Missing items

I placed an online order for 3 pairs of shoes. To my dissatisfaction only shoe came in the order. The other 2 pair were there. I called the next day and spoke with a representative. They reordered the shoes and I have now received them. Thank you for the resend but it was very disappointing because I couldn't wear them on my trip. But thank you. Sherritai don't know

Bedding is stained and dirty looks used

Good morning. I was very pleased with the way the gentlemen credited me over my stained duvet cover. I was very upset bc I can not use the set it was so badly stained upside arrival. I was told I would be getting $30 in Khoks cash as well bc they no longer have the duvet set that I originally ordered in stock. Do you think I could be emailed my cash. Missing part

I purchased a kalorik air fryer maxx 11/16/2020 when I opened the box it did not have the crumb tray many phone calls later I still do-not have the crumb tray. it's is 03/19/2021. directions tell you do not return to the store. I do not believe I am the only one missing something. my complaint is about the customer service at Kalorik. and Kohls should look into the company's that they sell. a very simple solution could have been fixed.

Two of associates were very rude

Did not wait till I gave all information and told my problems. Very rude to transfer the call in between and cut the call without any reason.

Cant someone send me a bill in the mail/ without costing me a damn thing. I will never get a Kohls card again, I ripped mine up. I cant get anywhere with your service by phone or email. done.

I couldn’t get two of my 10.00 checks to take! When I called in she said there was nothing I could do! I shop at Kohl’s a lot but this has sure changed my mind!

The customer service rep should have tried to help me! Instead i explained that I could not get two oh my 10.00 gifts to go through and she said its over 30 minutes I cant help you! I told her I was not happy with her and she said I know!
