Returning to store in time

Returning to store in time Linda was great and she assured me instead of having 30 days that I believe she said I have 120 days or maybe 180. Thats a great relief because Im suffering and chronic back pain and I cant even drive to the store. Thank you like this so much

Order is Incorrect

I checked my order carefully before placing it this morning, but the email I just received shows double the number of items I actually ordered. This has happened to me before with Kohls online ordering. I will return the extra items, but it is a pain. This will be the last time I order from Kohls. There is a serious glitch in your online ordering site, and it is costing me time and money. I am not happy.

Wrong delivery address for my order

When I placed my order, I did not notice that the delivery address was to my granddaughter and NOT to me. Only became aware when I received an email that my package was in its way.

Wish they could have changed the address. I called my granddaughter, she will accept the package and send it to me. It will cost me additional postage but better than having to reorder everything.

Undelivered merchandise

I actually got a credit for my merchandise and am very pleased with the outcome. What Im displeased about is the name pissed customer. While I am a customer, I am not was I ever pissed.

Order took my gift card and did nit subtract off bill

It was my first time ordering on line . I used a gift card on my balance and it didn't show on my order where it was subtracted and when I checked my gift card the balance was gone. She helped me and told me how to see the correct total. She was very helpful. THANK YOU FOR SUCH A GREAT EMPLOYEE.

No answer

I tried to find out why I do not receive any ads in the mail. I received one in December that was for a November sale. Since there is no one I can talk to I still have no answer or return comments. It is for Kimball 145 Hodges Bay Drive, Aiken, SC 29803, maybe I can get someone in this department to take an interest.

Kohl's Credit Card Issue

Kohl's Credit Card statements are confusing and does not reflect the proper amount due in a billing cycle, which resulted to a late payment. I was not informed about a late bill via email or phone until after they hit my credit line. I am very upset with this practice and lack of customer service. I should have been informed prior to my credit being hit, so that I can provide payment and resolve this issue asap.This was the first time I was late on a bill since 2007 and I have a great credit history with Kohls in the past. Not paying this bill was a misunderstanding and I am very upset how it was handled. Due to this horrible experience I plan to no longer shop at Kohls.

You sent me the wrong product!!!! I'm going on a trip!!!!

I ordered 3 pair of the Apt. 9 tummy control size small pants in black for a work trip. I only received 2 and a random 2XL Champion brand sweatpants. Please send me my third pair of pant in size small. Im too afraid of COVID to go into the Kohls store.

Rebate visa card without balance

I did receive my rebate card but it had no balance I tried contact the card provider but there was no answer from them in fact they only had a automated system which is not capable to answer my query. I don't care how it works but I bought it from Kohl's and you guys assured a rebate and if the rebate card is empty I need my rebate its your responsibility, if I don't get my rebate I am filing a case against Kohl's in the consumer forum.
