Missing items

Item did not come with the correct amount of hardware as in screws, washers, wrench to put together the patio table and chairs. I spend $21 to buy what I needed to it all together. I didn't want to waste the time with shipping and returning. I'm not pissed anymore. A nice 30% coupon would be nice. Not needed but would be nice. Thanks!

My order was damaged while being shipped and I have proof of everything that happened, just look at the pictures. So I had to wait 30 days to get my money back and when I did they refunded me $16, where I payed $40.95. Then I called to tell them to refund the rest of my money and the person I spoke to said that was not possible. What do you mean I never received my order, I want my money back. This is the most horrible experience Ive ever had with a store. Then he said I would get my money in 7 days and I told him I have three kohls stores near me and I will go in there and get my money one way or another.

I am missing the second part of my order. Said it was delivered but it wasn't. This was a birthday gift for my son. Now it's ruined.

Disappointed with my purchase

Good morning, On April 3 I ordered the snap circuit 3D illumination set for my granddaughter. I received the package on April 6. I opened the package and looked at the box it looked as if it was used, the edges of the box were worn and it was taped where you would open it. I did not open it but returned it to the Troy, Mi. store. I purchased a new item not the one that you shipped me. I was very disappointed and may not order online again. My friend, she simply gave her grandmother an employee discount.She did not rob a bank of commit a felony. Poor training can lead to such errors and I also observed other employees do the same.

I was just trying to protect the integrity of teenagers. Their interviewing technique included yelling and accusing her of theft.

Do not ever let anyone treat your family like this. the interview was actually an interrogation and they should have had a parent present.

App problem

On two consecutive days I attempted to log into my Kohls account. After both initial attempts I received a message that my account was locked due to too many attempts. I called their customer service and explained to the agent the account locked both times after one attempt and that I had not made multiple attempts. He insisted I wait 4 hours and try again. I explained I had been locked out both times after one.attempt. It was like I was talking to a tree stump. He had no answers or even attempt to find a solution, repeatedly insisting I wait 4 hours. This is my second bad experience with Kohls customer service. Although you speak to a human being they do not have the capacity to actually solve your problem

User's recommendation: Don't bother calling them if you have a problem. They do not have the capability of assessing or solving your problem.

Kohls has reported I apply for credit and I never apply for credit with them no. I shop there an I spend cash only. Please remove that off my credit report. Thank you.

My name is Ms. Mitchell and I'm very upset about you reported I apply for credit that's a lie. Please take that off my credit I never apply for your store card. That's wrong.

Package shipped to wrong addresa

My address is not 530 Kennedy Drive, Kentucky. It's the same as my billing address., which is 5930 Foxtail Way, Fort Pierce FL. I still want my order for the same price!

Credit on hold, had to use debit, all the issue was missed payment , wasnt informed to contact costomer service, to resolve issue .resulting my choice of using my debit.

your employer at checkout did not inform me of : how i could have steped aside and handle the matter with customer service , of restoring my usage of my card. meantime purchase was instead made using debit. which put a hardship on my finances. thank you for acknowledging im back in cali now. I was in denver v isiting family . when i had called to see why i couldnt use my card, it was because i was late on last month. of a balance of a 44.00$, .

User's recommendation: if your card declines and you know you have credit . call the customer service and make a pmt. then your card will be activated again.

If your kohl’s card got declined, wasn’t it obvious to you to call them to find out why? As for using your debit card, that was all you. You were not forced to make the purchase.

Took me awhile to get to a live person and then she couldn’t help me because the system was down.

Customer service - should have taken my name and number to call me back when system was operational.

E-gift card Lost In Space

I ordered an e-gift card on 3-30-21 and it still hasnt been sent and the Chat at their customer service isnt able to resolve the issue. The 800 number is of no assistance either because its just a menu with push button and no people. Arrgh.
