Kohls - 30 minute hold time
Last day to use Kohls cash 7/31/2016.Kohls website conveniently down or non responsive.
On hold for more than 30 minutes today 8/1/16. Website wouldn't accept pick up in store option. Going on vacation Friday morning and need warm clothes prior to then. Only way I could enter the order by the deadline is to accept ship to home.
They wanted $30 for two day shipping. You will find the picture of hold time as documentation attached. Had to dig for email option and then email option doesn't work either so this is my only recourse. It is not 33 minutes and I'm giving up.
I'll just shop elsewhere from now on.Why is there a 100 word minimum when I don't need 100 words to say what I need to say???
