Problem with credit card

I did finally connect with a representative. I had 5 previous calls that were disconnected before reaching someone. Unfortunately, after giving said person my details, I was again disconnected.

Terrible customer service experience

I called Customer service for Kohl's today. I was transferred to 4 different reps. One was a Supervisor. I called regarding a charge that I was told would be removed in July. My issue was not resolved and apparently this issue was not documented in the computer. Smh. I now have to contact Corporate to complain about this matter in hopes of getting this issue resolved.

I was never upset with Kohls, I simply called to check on an order status beings I had not received an email shipping confirmation. The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful.

Wanting to file a complaint store 0668

Store #0668 Susan store manage/associate

8/12/20 around 6pm

A store associate approached me and my family asked if we needed assistance. We said yes and asked where are the husky clothes for young boys and if the fitting room was open.

Associate had given store policy of fitting room being close in reason. We said ok thank you. The associate and Susan the manager at 0668 follow my family around to the clearance to reiterate the policy as if we didn't follow the rule or was going to steal. I didn't understand the reason for the store manager to have come and address me and my family again.

They followed us in the every department we were in. We are African American Family that was judged, discriminated, and was treated rudely. We did purchase the item, asked for corporate number and district manager of the store. The cashier associate had given us the number.

We will be returning the items back to a different Kohl's store just because they continue to watch my daughter in the shoe department because she was looking for me.

That is harassment.

Please deal with this issue. Or have managers and associates get training on Customers service skill and not discriminate or judging people.

My family and I will not be recommending anyone to go to Kohl's

Problem getting credit back

It has taken so long to get my Kohlss Cash back I now lose the use of the 30% and then 20% that was available since my last on line order Was cancelled on your end. Ness, customer service was polite but now I have to wait till the 17th for the next discount and what I have in my basket might be gone by then. The order was cancelled the day following being made...why isnt the system able to say something was unavailable immediately. Why does it take more than 5 days to get the refund on line. Why does a credit supposedly put into the system today still not expected to get to me till tomorrow or Monday? I am a long time customer...since the 1990s but not sure I will put this basket through. Thanks for having polite customer service persons....I spent about 20 minutes with another person before being transferred to Ness. But, I am GI ding no chat person (not virtual assistant) and 30 minutes overall to get part of this resolved not particularly to my liking. Jean

Kohl's will not miss the business of anyone gullible enough to believe facebook posts without actually checking them out first. Kohl's is neither selling merchandise for, nor supporting BLM.

Glad you are no longer shopping at Kohl's, since you apparently believe every Facebook post you see. If you took any time at all to actually research this before your fatwa, you would learn that Kohl's has done no such thing.

They are neither affiliated with, nor supporting BLM, not that that would be a problem, imho. Look closer and you will see they merely partnered with a Black-owned t-shirt business operating out of the same city their headquarters is in.

This business is making a line of equality t-shirts for Kohl's that has NOTHING to do with BLM. If you actually investigated for maybe two minutes, which you wont.

#608092**** really upset my order was all of a sudden cancel due too out of stock,?! Seems all the other times i place orders thru kohls if the size or item is unavailable, it states that so you cant order it! upset, not happy !, i should of have been given and similar options too choose from, now when i look online again the item and size is available for purchase but of course most of my discounts are expired now or have not been put back in my wallet!

Card update

Ive had to call customer service for the same issue three times all three times they promise to refund my account but every month I get a statement for the same $10 that still hasnt been refunded and now my card has been deactivated for a delinquent payment for something that was returned five months ago
