Ordered a watch for my Niece. Received watch loose in an envelope.

No box. No extra link. Watch face and metal band are scratched.

Unable to Gift watch to my Niece in this condition. Very disappointed with Kohl's.

Poor service from manager at Wayne store.

I went to the cashier to make a purchase of girls panties among other items. There was a 40% sign above the rack with these panties.

The rack next to these had girls socks with a sign that read Buy one get one at half off. When I went to check out, the cashier said that these panties came up at Buy one get one at half off. I took her to show her the sign above the rack for 40% off. When we saw the manager and told him about the conflict he said that the sign had to say 40% off of panties.

When I asked him why that sign was placed there as well as similar signs in other places he shrugged and went on his way!

This is customer service!!! So very disappointed in Kohls service from this manager and store!

I have received an email from Experience telling me my credit score decreased due to late payments. This is the third time that they have reported me for late payments.

However, my balance is ZERO!

I'M DONE, I'VE DISPUTED THEM FOR THE LAST TIME. CLOSING THE ACCOUNT!

A complaint! About christmas sale at the store

It was resolved with the real manager of my Khols at nw expressway okc - Shannon. She gave me my Christmas warmies at the price that was above them, before the assistant manager moved them away from the sign ,while I had them in my cart, with the other Christmas sale items I was buying! Thanks to the manager over the store on the nw expressway okc - Shannon took care of me, so my grandbabies could enjoy them!

Came into store to purchase items for my wife and was accosted by three police officers telling me lost prevention assumed I was going to steal was questioned and told not to steal very embarrassed and disturbed by the incident. Would not recommend shopping and spending your hard earned money there if not respected as other shoppers. Due to this incident I will never spend another dime with this establishment.

Dissatisfied order delivery

I placed this order on Saturday November 25th at 4:20 pm. Both items in the order were supposed to be delivered.

After paying $8.95 for shipping, I got an email stating the one of the items is to be picked up at the store. I am recovering from surgery and wanted my complete order to be shipped because I cannot drive. I called your customer service and spoke to someone who barely spoke English and asked that he change it from customer pickup to delivery as first requested. I was told that once the order is place that he could not do this and that all he could do was cancel the order.

This is not what I wanted.

Why is something so simple so difficult for Kohls. I am not a happy customer!!!

Tracking a package

About a month ago FedEx sent you a package that was supposed to be sent to me and now it seems that nobody can find the damn package FedEx said they've been trying to get it back from you folks but you don't even know where the package is and there's a lot of money in that package and I desperately need it there's also keys to my house. Perhaps you should contact FedEx and ask them about this they're the ones trying to find a package

Order never even shipped!

Placed an online order and 8 days later it appeared the package was never even shipped based on tracking #. Customer service only repeated scripted answers and told me to wait because of "delays in transit".

They then issued a refund after 10-12 days.The package was never even in transit!

Basically they took payment, created shipping labels, did not ship anything and refunded after 2 weeks. Is this some kind of scam?

They stopped payment on a check they paid me. They then put another check into my account. My bank charged my account a $12 fee. Kohls wont reimburse me back. They were so rude and unprofessional.

I returned a $6 shirt and they took my $10 Kohls cash. I asked for an in store credit so I wouldn’t lose it but they refused. I feel ripped off for the first time at Kohls!

Lost $35 kohls cash. Brought the receipt for proof and showed them the email stating I have kohls cash to be used.

Its not in my wallet for some reason. I just want to have the kohls cad credited to my wallet!
