Order has not come by promised date
UPS does not have the order, they say you have printed a shipping label and thats it.
We called to check on the order and could not understand the person was obviously not from the US.
Would not answer our questions and basically said it would now not show up till next week with no reason .
Never again!!
Concern about order not be filled

Ordered from website 2months ago and still have not received anything, i was told and shown that it. Was delivered and signed for but that it had not been either signed for or received.
They would not provide me the logistics company so that i could find out who/whom had signed for the package.. at this point in.
The situation that i asked for a refund. I was told a refund would be issued, of course i havent received nothing.

Fraud
SomeOne from email Putz at putz@***.com. Stole my credit card info and sent them 500 in e-gift cards. The fraud department is not doing anything and the charge is still on my khols account.

I have purchased some pants online. Well first off they told me they were going to be here Tuesday the 14th the 12th I mean.
Well they didn't get here till Thursday the 14th.
Now the pants aren't the ones that I ordered so I try to bring them back to Kohl's Amarillo and your stores closed. I need these pants for work it's urgent!

Poor website
Tried to order an item from your website and I clicked on the location I wanted but when I got my confirmation it showed the wrong location. Immediately called customer service and asked if there was a way I could get the location changed and she said no. Website isnt user friendly

Hit wrong button on phone . Wasnt pissed . Wasnt trying to make a complaint just trying a different way to pay bill

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I got a refund
I used a foreign Visa card to shop on the 28 th of July 2023 , and returned the item same day but I checked the card today 28 th August 2023 and the money still hasnt been returned to my account.

Return went very well. However, I must express the poor quality of the item that was returned. I actually had placed an order for another throw but once I realized the poor quality of the first one, that order was cancelled immediately not a happy customer

I cannot find a real person to talk to about this.
I went to pick up a sweater I ordered online. I saw that it was too big, so I returned it.
I went back online when I got home to order a smaller size.
I still have not received the credit for the sweater I returned.
How long does it take? It's been 5 days now.
Please call me or send me the credit for the sweater.

Verified ReviewerI can’t get an answer as to why there is no opt out option to being selected and forced to convert to a Kohl’s/Capital One Visa card.
Received notice that I was selected to have my Kohls credit card converted to a Kohls/Captial One Visa. Called to opt out and was informed there is no option to opt out.
Escalated to a supervisor and was advised there is no opt out option. I can cancel the new card and reapply for a Kohls Credit Card. So I canceled it but I will not apply for a new Kohls card. Ridiculous!!
Not all Kohls Credit Card holders are being FORCED to convert to a visa so why cant I opt out. Unethical in my opinion.

Kohls Charge issue
Well I scheduled a kohls card payment on the website and for some unknown reason I was debited the entire card balance instead of the payment I authorized. I called and they refused to reverse the payment.
I discovered that Kohls charge is actually Capitol One running it. I filed a BBB complaint which is still in the works but the bottom line is this. Kohl's has lost a lifelong customer. I am also far from done pursuing this legally.
UPDATE:
I received a reply to my BBB complaint and Kohl's still stands on their no refund policy for CC payments.
Kohl's wake-up you are a failing business and integrating Sephora into your business plan will not save your sinking ship.
Let it sink and sell it is your best recourse, cause your current upper management has turned Kohl's into the same store category as Walmart. Uncaring service guaranteed.

No help at all
Purchased a gift card with an associate and she but the incorrect email to send it to. Every time I call Im told I cant help you and switch me to another number.
Then so me tells me 2o days . I call back and now it is thirty days. Not helpful at all.
I just want my $25.00 refund back on my Kohls card. How hard is that
