Kohls off Durango and 215 is absoutly ludicrous.. I tried to exchange baby clothes for a smaller size with the receipt and they said it had to be even exchange if it cost 30$ the outfit had to be exchanged for a$30 outfit not 2 adding to $30 wtf? Since when? I will protest kohls and have been a loyal customer since they opened! Or maybe you should hire English speaking cashiers who understand they're job as well as English! Just sayin!! I also tried to call customer service to complain but no luck with the number there should be a hotline with service like this! 128bed0

Okay, first I thought TheKohlsExtraordinaire worked for Kohl's because of the narrow minded responses posted to several Kohl's complaints. I have now come to the conclusion that TheKohlsExtraordinaire author works for another retail outlet. It is hard to believe that any intelligent person would use such condescending and vulgar language in hopes of attracting customers to Kohls. Seriously, TheKohlsExtraordinaire needs to find something more constructive to do with their time.

The even exchange policy has ALWAYS been that way and every other retailer works exactly the same. Were you just mad that you couldn't leave with more than you actually paid for? Because I guarantee when you purchased it you didn't pay full ticket price for anything.

What are you complaining about? You can just refund the baby clothes to get a store credit and you can use it to by the baby clothes.

Oh, get a f*****g life lady! You act like some sorry *** loser who thinks they can make the rules for all of the stores! Common sense ought to tell you that an even exchange has to be the same price. It sounds like you were trying to get more for less. Go take your *** to Walmart since you seem to have that mentality!

YOU also need to learn English. You have the grammar of a first grader.
