Kohls - Poor Customer service
I have had a kohl charge card for over 12 years and I phoned in a payment due to the fact that I never received a bill and the customer service took out two payments instead of one and extra $240.00 took out $500.00 out of my checking account and all they can say "you have a 240.00 credit I don't want a $240 credit I want my money back in my bank account they said " we can't do that will have to go thru a process and mail you a check that will take 14 days" what !!asked if they could expedite a check? he said first of the month and they take out an extra 240.00 and this is
all they can do this is from a supervisor!! This is not a company this is for me so after almost 15 years with them never a balance I cancelled my charge.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $240.
Preferred solution: To expedite a check they took a double payment out of my checking account.

Pretty sure that is standard practice if error occurs, you are so quick to blame Kohls because it's where your card is from, but read your credit card agreements, your Kohls card is provided by capital one, just like anything else they have to wait till there's a free and clear statement before they issue checks, it would be like arguing with your insurance company about them canceling your insurance and then getting into an accident, then complaining because they wouldn't cover you.
This is an issue with the credit card company not with Kohl's.
