On 11/27 I placed large a order over the phone". I was told I had earned $60 in Kohl's cash and would receive an e-mail with all the info needed to redeem it between 11/28 & 12/5/. Well, no e-mail and no one seems to understand (or care) about it?. I have been tracking my order and it hasn't even shipped yet?. Again, I have call "customer NO service", to no avail:. One excuse after another|.

I have now come to the conclusion that TheKohlsExtraordinaire author works for another retail outlet. It is hard to believe that any intelligent person would use such condescending and vulgar language in hopes of attracting customers to Kohls. I placed an order on December 21st and was told I would receive an email in 3 days for my Kohl's Cash, that I never received. I have received 3 emails a day from Kohl's regarding sales and promotions but no Kohl's Cash email. I even went in and added them again to my safe senders list, called in to Customer Service and was told this email would be resent and would take 10 minutes that was 24 hours ago. I have just emailed Customer Service, explaining my situation, we'll see what happens. Honestly, I just don't think they are sending these emails at all and its just a fluke... |
