I understand Cyber Monday is a busy time, but Kohl's needs to get on the ball - still!

I ordered two products from them just after midnight on Cyber Monday 2007.

1.) I never received an email confirmation receipt.

2.) When I looked up my order online, it said I could get my order between Dec. 5 and 15. Despite free shipping, that was too long to wait.

When I decided to cancel my order on Nov. 29, I sent an email to myaccount.help@kohls.com.

3.) I have yet to get an email response since then, and I've sent at least four to five other messages to that address or customer.service@kohls.com.

I have called several times to Kohl's customer service line.

4.) On SEVERAL occasions, a recorded voice told me - basically - the wait time was too long and that I should call back later.

On Dec. 2, I finally spoke to a live person via customer service, but she proceeded to tell me (and was very nice) that there was nothing she could do because the order had already shipped.

5.) I was unable to reach anyone from customer service via Internet or telephone for several days, and therefore, unable to cancel my order. Now it's too late.

Shame on you, Kohl's.

I did my order at Kohls kioske but we accidentally type in a wrong shipping address, the employee at the store call back right away to correct that but they ask me to cancelled my order and put a new order on that item. Now, I received in my email the cancellation of the order with wrong address but with nothing for the confirmation of the right order.

On 11-12-11 I ordered throuth your catalog service in the store order#507046285 for 453.54 with $80.00 kolh's cash. As of this date i have not received the cash coupons. if you emailed them to me i didnt get it. I plan on doing more shoping and would like these tp use. I like the store. but if i have problems ording on line i wont do it again. My email is warchambeau@msn.com

i tried to shop in store till my card was denied lack of use how embarasing you could have told me before you closed the account won't be shopping at kohls ever again . Valeri who used to have a kohls charge always paid way ahead of time never late thanks for the courtesy

I purchased men's socks today, they were on sale - buy 1 pack, get 1 pack 1/2 price. I bought 4 packs and was charged full price for 4 packs on my charge. I called and told them to credit my charge acct for $16 and was told I had to come in to the store to do that. I think that is ridiculous - why should I drive there and stand in line to fix their error. :cry

I HAVE A SUGGESTION THAT I MENTIONED TO MY BUTLER KOHLS STORE 1353, VISUAL MGR. LORI, THAT I THINK KOHLS COULD BENEFIT FROM A ROOM OR AREA WHERE THE HUSBANDS COULD GO SIT AND MAYBE WATCH TV WHILE US LADIES SHOP. I\'M TRIED OF THEM FOLLOWING BEHIND THEIR SPOUSES AND THEN STOP DEAD AND I RUN INTO THEM WITH MY CART.I THINK THIS WOULD FREE THE LADIES TO SHOP LONGER, THEREFORE BUYING MORE. I WOULD LIKE TO COMMENT ON THE STORE IN BUTLER; IT WAS GREAT TO FINALLY GET A KOHLS HERE I WAS THRILLED. THE ASSOCIATES ARE WONDERFUL, ALWAYS A HELLO CAN I HELP YOU AND A SMILE. THAT IS VERY REFRESHING TODAY. ( I DO YOUR SURVEYS ALL THE TIME AND THINK YOU NEED A SPACE FOR COMMENTS ALSO.) I MET MOST OF YOUR MANAGERS AND TELL THEM WHAT GREAT ASSOCIATES THEY HAVE OR HAVE WRITTEN TO THEM. I AM A TRUE SATISIFIED KOHL\'S CUSTOMER, I\'M IN AT LEAST 4 OR 5 TIMES A WEEK. Hi, I've been trying to go to my charge account to view my account balance.But everytime I sign in theres always a problem with my card number. It's a wrong card number. But that's the only card I use when I charge my purchases in the store. Can you do something about this matters? All I want is to pay by account balance through on line. Thanks, MRS. DURANT
