Recently purchased a Kurig Elite Brewer. No issues with receiving my order or replying to my six e-mails. I have not, to this date, received an e-mail with my Kohl's Cash $30.00 that was to arrive in a seperate e-mail from my order confirmation... What a rip off! I checked my spam blocker and everything with my service provider.

One CSR even suggested that I place a second order to apply credit to. They would not send them to me via snail mail either!

They took my money and never delivered the discount I was promised. I will never shop in another Kohl's store. It appears that Kohl's is not concerned with customer satisifation! 128b887
