I charge about 6,000.00 a year on Kohl's credit card. I was in the store tonight and had a 350.00 bill after my 30% off coupon.

I had 40.00 in Kohl's bucks from September (last month). They told me that they no longer honor Kohl's bucks after 10 days old. I could not believe it, that last "customer service store" finally gave in!!! No more take care of the customer, only the bottom line.

I also gave in, and left everything on the counter. Kohl's you lost me over 40.00.

Your CEO or main office will be receiving my credit card and my 40.00 in Kohl's bucks!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Kohls Pros: Coupons and savings.

Kohls Cons: Customer service from store manager.

Location: Trenton, New Jersey

Did you fail to read the expiration date on the Kohl's cash? Why do you think you're entitled to use it after it expires? It's people like you who make retail employees hate their job.

First off all its called kohls cash. If you want to complain at least get the name right.

smh, it clearly states an expiration date ON THE FRONT. it isnt hidden. There isn't any store who will go above and beyond like kohls will/does. Employees get treated horribly by you self entitled rude, want everything for nothing consumers.

That's why I no longer work there. I wonder how you think you are entitled to hold on to a coupon after its expired and then pitch a fit when it isnt honored.

You sound like a terrible person, and I'm glad I won't run into you at Kohl's again. If you can't see the expiration date on the coupon, how can you drive a car?

Or use a phone? Life must be hard for you.

Like the other comments stated, coupons have expiration dates and they are there for a reason. The policy of no longer accepting Kohl's Cash after the expiration date was actually put in place over a year ago, but Kohl's decided to gradually implement the current policy in order to allow enough time for customers to be educated about the changing policy.

You can't blame Kohl's for having to clamp down on accepting Kohl's Cash after the expiration date because there was a considerable amount of abuse. And I'm sure you were probably one of those abusers. The current policy does allow the acceptance of Kohl's Cash up to 10-days after the expiration date.

And quite frankly, that's a pretty darn generous policy compared to other merchants and their coupon acceptance policies. So you can't really say Kohl's doesn't take care of their customers.

First of all, it's called Kohl's cash. Second, coupons expire.

The dates are printed right on the front. You don'T go to the grocery store and expect them to take a month old coupon.

Although you probably would make a scene...Be an adult. It's not their fault that too many people hoarded the coupons and used them all at once.

Coupons expire. Use it before it expires.

Simple as that. Quit whinning. Be on the other side of that counter and smile.

Wait on rude, unreasonable customers. It's ***!
