AFTER AWHILE I THOUGHT "WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE PUT UP WITH THIS NONSENSE AND
TAKE THIS HORRIBLE DISRESPECT OF SERVICE ?' PEOPLE SEEMED TO BE IN A TRANCE
STATE WANDERING ///MOST OF THE SHELVES WERE BARE ==SOME WITH EMPTY SMASHED
BOXES FROM ONCE WAS AN ITEM HOUSED IN IT WAS CREEPY OTHER PEOPLE WERE JUST
RUSHING AROUND GRABBING STUFF LIKE THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANTED.
I WENT TO EXCHANGE A PAIR OF ISOTONER SLIPPERS MY SON BOUGHT ME THAT WERE
THE WRONG SIZE. THEY HAD EXACTLY 11 PAIRS OF VARIOUS SLIPPERS LEFT ON THE BARE
SHELVES...AGAIN...CREEPY.//2 PAIRS OF SIZE 11 AND THE REST WERE SMALL OR FOR GIRLS.
I WENT TO EXCHANGE MY SONS SIZE MEDIUM COAT HIS FATHER BOUGHT HIM YESTERDAY.
THEY ONLY HAD SIZE MEDIUM AND LARGE. THE WOMAN CALLED FOR ME AT ALL THE STORES
AND LOOKED ONLINE. NO ONE HAD A COAT IN SMALL.//A ONEHUNDRED SIXTY DOLLAR COAT
AND NONE IN SIZE SMALL". RIDICULOUS/.

Written by BettyElyse on March 20, 2012 from peoria, arizona, US Okay, first I thought TheKohlsExtraordinaire worked for Kohl's because of the narrow minded responses posted to several Kohl's complaints. I have now come to the conclusion that TheKohlsExtraordinaire author works for another retail outlet. It is hard to believe that any intelligent person would use such condescending and vulgar language in hopes of attracting customers to Kohls. Seriously, TheKohlsExtraordinaire needs to find something more constructive to do with their time. |
2. Written by Am on February 8, 2012 from chesapeake, virginia, US Honestly, I don't know what state you're shopping in, but EVERY person in the store I work in speaks English. We also do not have to work 16 hour days (*** the store is only open 12-14 hours most days)and get plenty of breaks. We get one hour worth of breaks for each 8 hour shift we work. I personally work in the department that sells slippers and know that all of the slippers went clearance the day after Christmas. It's not the stores fault that there was nothing. Clearance goes fast and we don't restock it. We're trying to get rid of it...that's why it's marked down. As far as the rest of the bare shelves, just like the other person said, we have to wait for trucks to bring stock. Let me guess, you went right after Christmas. NO STORE had stock after Christmas. Not Walmart, not Target, not Macy's.
3. Written by TheKohlsExtraordinaire on February 1, 2012 from charlotte, north carolina, US Wow! First of all, learn correct grammar and punctuation because your lack thereof is painful! Secondly, the 'Caps Lock' button is located on the left side of the keyboard. You might want to turn it off unless you are that insecure with yourself to where you have to shout at everyone! And last, do you think you're not going to find the same cheap cr@p made in China at Target, Walmart, or any other department store? Look, sometimes stores run out of merchandise and we can't restock the shelves and racks until we get the merchandise in on the trucks. It's not like we can wave a magic wand and have it appear just for you! Get a d@mn life!
4. Written by Ben on January 29, 2012 from green bay, wisconsin, US I agree....Kohls is a good buy only when you buy a few name brands products on clearance. As for the "Slave Labor" thing, I agree that it is terrible conditions that people are forced to work in, however when these sweatshops are closed down the workers, mainly young girls are forced into prostitution to survive and support their families.
5. Written by Itotallyagree on January 23, 2012 from new york, new york, US You're 100% correct. It's sickening how much these older women work. They barely get any recognition and wages are terrible. They don't even have the opportunity to get credit to make an extra dollar because most of them hardly speak English. They deserve so much more and they worked hard all their life.
