I had an extremely frustrating experience with one of your assistant managers at the Kohls Santa Clara store. He was working at the cashier. When I told him that I usually get 15% off when I use my Kohl's card, he bluntly dismissed what I said and suggested that I was lying. I have shopped at this store for about 7 years now, and I've held a Kohl's credit card for more than five years. I have always received a 15 discount when using my card. I don't really care that he didn't give me a discount, but I do care that he basically called me a liar by saying that I was not telling the truth.

I have seen the service at this store go down over the past couple of years. Today's interaction with the assistant manager really brought that life. 128b79c

They told me I get 15% off when I use card. But will never shop with them again so it don't matter to me. But I do understand as they told me the same thing.

Oh boo fugging hoo, dumba$$! What makes you so self-entitled? Coupons and other discounts are offered during certain timeframes. If you had a freakin clue you would know that they aren't offered everyday! Just because you have a Kohl's charge doesn't mean you're entitled to some special kind of treatment. Quit your b!tching and learn to bring your coupons to the store instead of acting like you're someone special and should be ENTITLED! 

And as far as your claim that the manager called you a liar.....nice try on the fabrication and making cr@p up!

Maybe he was doing his job. Around my area you need a COUPON to get a discount. What makes you so special for just using your card and receiving a discount? You got caught for scamming Kohl's and now you're pissed. BOO HOO
