Our McHenry store, like most retail clothing stores, are mostly employed by women. There is a recent seasonal hire (Scott) who spends most of his time talking to and flirting with the female employees around his age. I think it's inappropriate behavior but don't want to be the one to rat him out to my supervisor. I hope someone else will put him in his place or let him go. He may be gone soon anyway since he's a seasonal hire. It makes it hard for me to do my job when he's there and prevents the other women from doing their jobs too. 128b5e7

Okay, first I thought TheKohlsExtraordinaire worked for Kohl's because of the narrow minded responses posted to several Kohl's complaints. I have now come to the conclusion that TheKohlsExtraordinaire author works for another retail outlet. It is hard to believe that any intelligent person would use such condescending and vulgar language in hopes of attracting customers to Kohls. Seriously, TheKohlsExtraordinaire needs to find something more constructive to do with their time.

i was employed at a kohl's store recently but not as a kohl's employee. I was a contract porter with 2 janitorial companies. It is a complete waste of time to complain about any corporation reguardless of who they are.Because corporation care about one thing and one thing only"Profit at any and all cost" Kohl'is the rule rather than the exception, believe I have witnessed it personally. They hire Management who only talent and skills are the ablity to be abusive to their good employees and even certain customers.Kohl's Cares about their bottom line only.Obviously they have a lot os support. Forget them and these other posters and look for another job..... Good luck

Why are you even posting this on a complaint board? You think your Store Manager or Kohl's HR is going to mysteriously jump out at you on here??

Your're just upset because I won't flirt with you because you are old.

I agree with MauiAI49. If what you say is true, you need to go to your Store Manager and tell him/her about the inappropriate behavior that is occurring. Kohl's has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to sexual harassment and/or creating an intimidating work environment. You should also have a phone number posted somewhere in your Break Room that can put you through to Corporate HR.

If what you say is true, why are you afraid to "rat him out" to your supervisor? If he is engaging in truly inappropriate behavior you should let a supervisor know so the company can take appropriate action.
