I left feeing very unhappy with the store and totally not satisfied?. I guess the cash back is nothing but a rip off?. In the future I will not try to purchase 50/.00 to receive 10;.00 in cash back awards..

Why would we give you extra kohls cash for money that you didn't even spend? That makes no sense. A lot of customers need to thing logically before going on rants or yelling at the associates. |

If you were paying with your credit card or cash, all discounts would be applied first and then payment made. Payment should be the last part of a transaction when something is being purchased. Kohl's cash really isn't dollar for dollar then. It is somewhat of a scam. I still love Kohl's and find great deals there. |

That's the way it is supposed to work and has always worked. If you would have turned the Kohl's Cash coupon over and read the fine print on the back it clearly says in BOLD letters that the Kohl's Cash is deducted BEFORE any percent off discounts. It's not our fault that no one can't take the time to read the fine print! |
